This seminar examines the first months of the new Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ) government. The October 2018 election marked the first time that Quebec has been ruled by a party other than the Liberal party or the Parti Québécois since 1966. It is also the first avowedly conservative and nationalist (though not independentist) party to rule since that year
